Welcome to Top Tier Auto. We are dedicated to providing a seamless vehicle purchasing experience, which includes reliable delivery of your vehicle directly to your doorstep.
1. Service Area
We currently offer vehicle shipping services exclusively within the United States (Lower 48 states). At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for vehicles are calculated based on the destination state and the distance from our dealership location. Our flat-rate shipping tiers are as follows:

Note: The exact shipping fee will be clearly displayed during the checkout process or provided in your formal purchase agreement before you complete your order.
3. Processing & Handling Time
Order Handling Time: 2 – 4 business days (Monday – Friday). This includes vehicle inspection, detailing, and documentation preparation.
Transit Time: 3 – 10 business days (Monday – Friday) depending on the distance to your destination.
4. Delivery Method
All vehicles are shipped via professional automotive transporters. We offer:
Open Carrier Transport: Our standard delivery method.
Enclosed Transport: Available upon request for an additional fee (please contact us for a quote).
5. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Once your vehicle has been picked up by the carrier, our team will provide you with the carrier’s contact information and an estimated arrival window. A representative from the transport company will contact you 24 hours prior to delivery to coordinate the drop-off.
6. Inspection upon Arrival
Upon delivery, you or an authorized representative must be present to inspect the vehicle and sign the Bill of Lading. We recommend taking photos of the vehicle at the time of delivery for your records.
