Top Tier Auto specializes exclusively in the sale of physical motor vehicles. All listings on this website represent tangible goods. We do not sell:
Intangible services (such as labor, maintenance packages, or detailing) as standalone products through our online checkout.
Digital goods or software.
Financial products or insurance (though we may assist with third-party financing, the "product" purchased is always the vehicle).
2. Pricing & Payments
Full Purchase Price: All vehicles are listed at their full purchase price. While we may provide estimated monthly payments for your convenience, the final sale is based on the total vehicle cost plus applicable taxes, registration, and shipping fees.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to ensure all vehicle descriptions, mileage, and features are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any typographical errors or inaccuracies regarding pricing or availability. In the event of a pricing error, Top Tier Auto reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for the vehicle at the incorrect price.
6. Limitation of Liability
Top Tier Auto is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of a vehicle, beyond the purchase price of the vehicle itself.
